Q. Where are Pilot Quarters Products designed?
A. All of our products are designed by us in Michigan, USA.
Q. Where are Pilot Quarters products manufactured?
A. Products listed as "printed in USA" have our designs printed on the products in the USA before shipping to you. Products listed as being manufactured in Vietnam are printed and shipped from our printing partner in Vietnam.
Q. If I order more than one item, will my items ship together?
A. In most cases, each item will ship separately as soon as they are ready, in order to reach you as quickly as possible.
Q. Where is your store located?
A. We do not currently offer a physical retail space. Our office is only open by appointment.
