If something doesn’t work for you, we’ll take it back. No games, no fine print surprises.
A few items are final sale, and those are clearly noted below.
Returns & Exchanges — The Basics

30-day return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If an item was purchased as a gift and unpacked late, we’re happy to extend this window—often up to 100 days. Just reach out. -
Item condition
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. -
Prepaid return label
Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label with simple instructions. -

Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Size Exchanges
We’re always happy to help with size changes.
Exchanges follow our normal 2–3 week production timeline, since items are made to order. Checking the size chart or contacting us before ordering can help avoid delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
